Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to overcome a difficult obstacle to reach an achievement.
Tell me about a time when you improved a process by saving time and or money.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Astana) in Jun 2018
Interview
1. Screening.
2. Test.
3. Skype call.
I didnt like a skype call interview cause a manager didnt have competency and was bias toward my answers as he had own in his mind. He wasnt neutral and subjective but rather tried to show off. It would be better if interview is launched with participation of a few but not one person.
