I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Sep 2008
Interview
the interview process was okay. I was only half interested in working for the company but you have to keep your options open and if it would have been a good fit for me, I would have wanted to continue in their hiring process. It was agreed by me and the interviewer they were not offering as much money as I was presently making.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Nov 2008
Interview
The hiring process initially starts with a reasoning and personality test. They are fairly simple; the company just wishes to understand your personality and see how you think on your feet. If you pass those tests, there is an hour phone interview. Finally, the last interview consists of a panel interview at the headquarters in Cincinnati.
