I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
The interview asked for proposed solutions to real-world problems. Of course, this was after an initial review of the CV. The repeating question was “explain” and “why”. The silence waiting for the answer or “go on” + silence was killer…but if you keep cool and answer as honestly as possible, you’ll be fine.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Jun 2009
Interview
Got an interview with the recruiter when he came to campus. Before the interview, I had to take a test online which is consisted of mostly personality questions to test one's decisions in a group setting. There will also be additional personality questions in the actual interview. Because this is a campus recruiting, there is not a specific title we were applying for. Unfortunately, never heard from them after the interview.
