I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Boston, MA) in May 2012
Interview
Applied online and a few weeks later I received an email from the engineering manager to set up a phone interview with two other managers. The phone interview was pretty straight forward although I was a little nervous at first. They had me go over my resume and they asked me to tell them a bit about myself. Then they asked a few questions about problems I had in the past and how I dealt with them. There were also some general questions about my qualifications and experience. The three interviewers also told me about themselves and I was able to ask them questions at the end. The phone interview took less than an hour.
The process was low pressure , no uncomfortable questions asked , could I perform the job I was applying for with some supervision and then perform tasks on my own following strict guidelines and company processes, Basically , to the point with the ability to ask questions when clarification was desired

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in Apr 2015
Interview
I was contacted by phone by a recruiter. He asked about my college projects, why I wanted to work at Raytheon, and some general behavioral questions. I asked him some questions and the interview lasted maybe 20 minutes.
About a week later someone from HR I think called me. She said that they were interested and again asked me why I wanted to work at Raytheon, if I had any competing offers, and asked if I was interested in interviewing. I said yes.
A day later they sent an email with information. They flew me out to Tucson AZ.
First day, we had a lunch, then toured the plant. We then had a networking event that night.
The next day we had interviews. I interviewed for two positions. Some people interviewed for up to four positions.
Later that day they sent an email saying that they were going to make me an official offer for employment in the next few weeks.
