Had interview on campus at my college. Questions were pretty standard no technical questions for the first interview. Interviewers were nice except they talked for a long time which cut into my answers.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at RTX (Andover, MA) in Nov 2012
Interview
It takes a very long time as they have to go through a the proper channels since they are a defense contractor. The process involves interviewing with at least 4 people who give feed back to avoid any bias by the hiring manager. This is all done in one day and can take several hours as a lot of the staff have meetings and other priories they need to attended to.
