I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SADA (North Hollywood, CA)
Interview
I was given the opportunity to take part in a Skype Interview with the CTO. I met with him for 30 minutes, and we discussed why I was looking to join the team and my qualifications. I interviewed with him on a Friday, and by the following Monday I received an invitation to come in to the HQ office for a second interview the following Friday.
My second interview with a panel of SADA peers. I met with the Practice Director, Practice Recruiter, CTO, and Engagement Director. The meeting lasted about an hour and a half. Many of the questions I was asked were circumstantial. This interview once again took place on a Friday, and by the following Tuesday I received an offer letter from HR.
