Salesforce Account Executive interview questions

My interview process in Salesforce was extremely good and it was great to have this opportunity and followed by the job offer. I applied online in LinkedIn jobs and I got a call from the principal HR next day and then I was called for an interview. I had to face 2 rounds of interview, one with the hiring manager and the other one with the AVP - Sales. My F2F interview was completed in 1Hr and I received the offer in 5 days

There was a phone interview, then an in-person interview. The phone interview took about an hour, the in-person interview took about 45 minutes. They ask pretty standard interview questions. What's strange is that the Salesforce employees I spoke with outside the interview process told me to focus on being a culture fit & to get to know their marketing speak. The RVP I interviewed with was super-focused on metrics and meeting quota. He didn't seem engaged in the interview process, though it could have been because I interviewed on a Friday afternoon. I encourage you to interview in the morning. Know your sales metrics backwards and forwards before interviewing.
