Interview
Standard three round process; First was a call to discuss general background, experience, expectation, etc.. Second was with an on-the-job Program Architect to test my technical skills and experience and the third was a 30 minute face-to-face presentation of a prior engagement to a panel, followed by Q&A.

2 Technical Interviews, 1 Business Interview, 1 Panel Interview, 1 final interview with Chief of Program Architect. Then I got an offer and I had several negotiation interactions.
HR acted as facilitator between me and the business and technical stakeholders trying to find always the best compromise. Overall my experience with the interview process was positive.

Twee gesprekken met recruiter,
Een gesprek met technisch consultant.
Een panel/groep gesprek bestaande uit 3 personen en het geven van een presentatie.
Afrondende gesprekken om aanbod te bespreken
Tussen de gespreksrondes door is er voort durend contact met de recruiter en de coordinator. Hij/zij plant de solicitatie gesprekken en hier kun je met vragen mbt de soliciatie terecht.
