I had a very positive interview experience with Schneider Electric. The HR was excellent—clear, transparent, and very efficient in expediting the interview process. The CFO was highly knowledgeable and demonstrated strong expertise throughout the discussion. I am still pending for the results, and finger crossed !!

There was an initial call with HR to discuss initial details like salary expectation etc. In the next week a technical interview was arranged.
The interview was focused to technical challenges faced while developing solutions to meet client's operational requirements while making sure the requirements of local and international standards are meet. There was a special focus on secure integration of legacy systems.
