The process began with a phone screen through HR, followed by a video call with the hiring manager. The conversation was structured but personable, with thoughtful questions about my sourcing strategy, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional leadership. They were open about the company’s priorities and challenges, which made it easy to align my experiences with the role. Overall, it felt professional and respectful of my time.

Interview is on a online platform. Interviewer is very nice and chill. Did ask some simple question for me to answer. Also did explain the job requirement and expectation to me.
