Schneider Electric interview questions

Went through a short video interview. There were less than 10 interview questions to be answered. The interview was all about behaviour questions. You need to prepare well on your academic projects and background. They also asked about your previous experience and some personal questions. There was no technical questions.

Note:Because I was applying internally, HR did not play a role in the interview process. They did however take part in the salary negotiations. I participated in both a 1-1 interview with the Hiring Manager as well as a Team-based interview. Remote team members participated virtually.
