Neutral Outlook
I have been working at Schneider Electric full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros
Very good work life balance. Occasional onsite opportunities, takes good care of the employee health, safety
Cons
poor salary hikes,no technical career path, only option is you are forced to have management role if you want to gain in salary otherwise you will be receiving the salary less than the market, manager has lot of powers, even though as a company it has good policies but it purely depends on your manager whether it will reach to the employee or not
Advice to Management
Retain your people with making the salary compatible with the market based on the number of years of experience and not on the basis of number of years worked in Schneider, have a technical path created for people who want to stay in technical career(This was told by CTO but in practical nothing is seen) ,reduce the count of useless managers,
