The interview process was rather boring. I left feeling rather uninspired, and was not offered the job, however wasn't sold on it anyway. Job description very dry, and did not feel like it utilized sales talent.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Singapur)
Interview
LONG. They take forever to get back to you, they want you to meet so many people. I asked in my interview if there is a work from home policy. HR and hiring boss says yes they are open to it. What a lie. When I finally ask if I can work from home one day a week after being in the company for almost 2 years, Manager said no, my job means I need to sit at my desk all the time. HUH? Another question: what is their take on training and developing their employees. Oh "value development and trainings". Guess what, you do many useless courses on their training portal, some of which is a joke - company downloads ted talks and presenting it as training materials. Most of their training modules are either cooked up internally or hold no real market value.
