Schneider Electric interview questions

First an Online Assessment, then 2 rounds on Interviews, 1 Technical + 1 technical and HR mixed, overall a great experience. The questions were more on the CV (profile based) rather than from core mechanical engineering.

The interview process was straightforward and well-structured. It began with an initial phone call, then in person with HR, where we discussed my background, and alignment with the role. This was followed by a direct conversation with the CEO, which provided deeper insights into the company’s vision, culture, and expectations for the position.
