Review process good. Start with an HR Supervisor, then finance officer, then CFO and go back to HR Director. Usually they do face to face or via Hirevue. I would say it was an efficient way of getting candidates. Process took 4+ weeks to finish the entire process. HR people were nice. the interview process consists of online test related to subject and aptitude. then students were shortlisted from it and then interviewed. the interview was mix of hr and technical .They mainly focussed on training and project part.Apart from it since they hire electrical mostly ,student must have strong command on power system protection.
