I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
recruiter reached out for brief phone interview, then phone interview with hiring manager. This was probably the worst and most unprofessional job interview I had. The recruiter during my interview berated me for my resume being two pages and said I should save it as another name before because I had saved the file as "project manager" and she had wanted me to save it as "customersuccessmanager." I found that weird and she told me to send it to her again so I did. After I sent her the updated resume, she again berated me and said I should spend more time on it, so I sent it to her again. We had scheduled the phone interview with the hiring manager a couple days later, but an hour before the interview, another recruiter, not the one I had interviewed with, had called me and interviewed me and said she needed to reschedule my interview because the hiring manager was already booked for that time. I thought that was weird because we had set that time a few days before and the recruiter then had said that time was free and was the earliest time. We reschedule the appointment for the next day, and a few hours later, this recruiter had contacted me again saying to reschedule for later that day. Finally had the phone interview with the hiring manager who had said I was a good fit and that he'd love for me to join. The next day, I got the rejection email. The whole process was extremely unprofessional and reflects badly on the company. I wouldn't want to work at a company that is so disorganized and doesn't value my time.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Glendale, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied online and was by HR to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. Had the phone interview the next day and was scheduled for an onsite interview the following week. Interviewed with the hiring manager and two co-workers. Received an offer after a couple weeks, which was pretty fast considering the holidays.
Interview process was very smooth. Everyone was incredibly nice and the onsite interview felt comfortable and relaxed.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ServiceTitan in Sep 2016
Interview
So, Im not a big fan of negative reviews when you do not get an offer, comes off biased and jaded. However, in this particular case I felt compelled.
The company itself looked great and the people that I met with also were very nice and I believed my interview went very well.
My issue was what I felt was a lack of respect for my time. I went through the process and was asked to come on site for an panel interview, 1.5-2 hours in length. Because of this time length and the location being in Glendale (currently living in OC), I decided to take the day off of work. I met with 4 individuals over nearly 2 hours, was told I would be meeting with a 5, but after waiting for 15 minutes I was told he was unable to get out of his meeting and he would discuss my interview with his team, I believe this was the CEO.
No problem, seems normal and I expected to hear back soon.
Now, I dont mind getting turned down for a job, it happens. But when I devote time to get on calls, then drive to LA for an interview that lasts 2 hours and clear my schedule, I just hope for some professional courtesy in receiving my "rejection".
Instead, I received an email from a "donotreply@" address, saying "thank you for your interest, but we have decided to pursue other candidate.". I asked for some feedback by emailing the initial recruiter and a gentleman I met with, simply looking to improve. Heard nothing. Like cmon, I showed you the professional courtesy, yet you cant compose an email or call me?
At the end of the day it is their decision and their business to run, I just don't respect their method.

Question 1
They asked a lot of situation client questions. Very easy.
