I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview was pretty standard. I met several people over the course of a week or so. They surprised me with a role play that was not on the agenda.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Richmond, VA) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview process was extensive. 3 separate interviews ranging in time and detail. Overall, the recruiter did a great job of keeping me informed during the process, and made it flow very easily.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan in Jun 2021
Interview
Applied for program facilitator role initially, recruiter scheduled initial call where he provided me with CS role he thought I’d be a better fit in. I replied back a day later that I wanted to pursue it, but then received no reply for almost 2-3 weeks.
That was unfortunate and a bit frustrating, but once he made contact with me again (apparently there were some issues within the team?) the process went very quickly, 3-4 interviews in a span of 15-17 days.
Phone call with manager (30 mins), 2.5 hour video call with 3 managers and a PowerPoint presentation to a panel of 4 team members and managers, then a video call with the strategic director. Everyone was very nice and the process was incredibly smooth once the ball got rolling. Best experience I had during my job search.
