I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Glendale, CA)
Interview
The entire interview process began when an HR person at ServiceTitan reached out to me over LinkedIn.
After the initial phone screen, we scheduled a call with the Director of Customer Success a week later. After waiting for her call for 30 minutes, I called in and was told that she needed to reschedule for the next week. During our second scheduled call, the Director was 20 minutes late to our 30 minute call. It was rushed, and cold, but apparently went all right because they wanted me to come in.
I took the morning off to attend the in-person interview. I got there right on time, but had to wait for about 25 minutes. Eventually the HR person who I spoke with initially came out and said that they needed to reschedule. She said that she sent me an email on Friday evening about this, but I received no email in my inbox, or spam filters (and she had emailed me previously multiple times). This, of course, made me feel extremely valued already.
I went in the next day for the in-person interview. By that point, I was completely over the job. First interview was with a guy I worked with previously, which seemed to go all right. Pretty basic questions. The second interview was with the Director with whom I spoke on the phone. She was cold, curt, and generally made me feel extremely unwelcome. At that point, I knew this was more of a factory than a nurturing work environment. The third interview was with a really friendly guy who I got along with great. By that point I realized there was no way I would ever take the job, and we have a great, casual conversation.

Interview
recruiter reached out for brief phone interview, then phone interview with hiring manager. This was probably the worst and most unprofessional job interview I had. The recruiter during my interview berated me for my resume being two pages and said I should save it as another name before because I had saved the file as "project manager" and she had wanted me to save it as "customersuccessmanager." I found that weird and she told me to send it to her again so I did. After I sent her the updated resume, she again berated me and said I should spend more time on it, so I sent it to her again. We had scheduled the phone interview with the hiring manager a couple days later, but an hour before the interview, another recruiter, not the one I had interviewed with, had called me and interviewed me and said she needed to reschedule my interview because the hiring manager was already booked for that time. I thought that was weird because we had set that time a few days before and the recruiter then had said that time was free and was the earliest time. We reschedule the appointment for the next day, and a few hours later, this recruiter had contacted me again saying to reschedule for later that day. Finally had the phone interview with the hiring manager who had said I was a good fit and that he'd love for me to join. The next day, I got the rejection email. The whole process was extremely unprofessional and reflects badly on the company. I wouldn't want to work at a company that is so disorganized and doesn't value my time.

Interview
I applied online and was by HR to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. Had the phone interview the next day and was scheduled for an onsite interview the following week. Interviewed with the hiring manager and two co-workers. Received an offer after a couple weeks, which was pretty fast considering the holidays.
Interview process was very smooth. Everyone was incredibly nice and the onsite interview felt comfortable and relaxed.
