ServiceTitan Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

Process was a mix of multiple 3-4 zoom calls and 2-3 HR screening phone calls asking questions about experience education etc... Overall for the XDR position they are just looking to see if your hungry and willing to deal with 100+ "no's" daily but its cold calling so you should expect it.

Two intervies. First interview is just getting to know you over the phone. Second interview you meet the sale smanager and they start by getting to know you followed by a role playing session.
