Applied online via the job portal. Followed up with a conversation with the recruiter who thought I'd be a good fit for the role and set up a meeting with the hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't know much and came in with a pre-conceived notion of my experience which was unfortunate because my experience was a great fit for the role. Couple of weeks have passed and I haven't heard any update from the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Glendale, CA) in May 2023
Interview
The process is organized. Recruiter communication is perfect. Interviewers are knowledgeable and respectful. The whole process took about 6 weeks, recruiter follow up call, one hacker rank test followed by 4 more interviews
Very thorough but reasonable interview process. Lots of good questions. Not easy, but comfortable and fair. Most of the usual interview questions. Mix of interpersonal and functional experience questions. They also like it if you have a connection to the trades (like if a parent was a plumber or something). Left me with the impression that it was a very solid company that had their act together.
