Interview
The interview process was amazing. The recruiter clearly loves what she does and becomes your cheerleader throughout . From application to offer the whole thing took 3 weeks with clear communication. First was a call with the recruiter, second was a call with the direct lead, third was a video interview where you present a project to the lead, director, and potential peer. The project was fun, and they give a you clear assignment but allow you to get creative and really show what you can do. The interview questions themselves were all pretty standard. Each person I met with was genuine and their love for their company and jobs really shine through.

Interview
I applied through Linkedin and worked with a recruiter. After exchanging background information with the recruiter in a phone call, the interview process began.
I interviewed with the hiring manager for the first video interview for 45 minutes long, and followed by that I had 4 interviews 30 minutes each. Finally, I had to meet the VP for another 45 minutes video interview.
Everyone was professional and kind, questions are from my background and implementation experience.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ServiceTitan in Feb 2021
Interview
Interview process was reasonable. Background check was relatively arduous and could be streamlined when it comes to employment verifications. Overall process with service titan employees, very positive. There was never a lack of communication. The recruiting team seemed very aligned and focused on getting results and ultimately bring me on board.
