Applied in time, was also referred by an employee. Contacted me after more than 10 business days asking to apply to the position through a link as they didn’t have a formal application from me ( which shows that they didn’t even bother to see that I applied besides being referred to) Afterwards, 10 more days passed no one contacted me, I emailed them asking to update me as I had other offers as well ( Clearly, it’s the worst when a company shows disrespect towards employees time and effort) to which they replied that they were going to interview me however, the vacation had already been filled and they expect to open it again in the end of Nov and they’d contact me then. FYI no one has contacted me till this day. I told a friend to try applying as well, cause I believe this is an issue within HR department and not the whole company. Her interview process seems to go well, she has been appointed for an interview at least. So that said, among my family, friends and co-workers ServiceTitan has come to have a very irresponsible image which is not good if you’re looking for good employees.
