I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was extremely smooth. There were two stages, first a phone screen, then a video interview with 4 different members of the organization. The interviewers were very warm and welcoming and made it really easy to talk to them.

Question 1
What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome, professionally, or personally?
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (Glendale, CA) in Nov 2020
Interview
-Recruiter call
-Interview with Sales Manager
-Demo interview - where you present ServiceTitan to 2 managers and an AE
While I ultimately did not receive an offer, I would have declined it. There was a continual energy of cutthroat koolaid drinking toxic sales culture. I continually sensed a lack of mutual respect in my later interviews which was really disappointing. Just got the feeling that they don't care about the individual at all. All companies should be wise enough to know that any candidate is interviewing them as well.
The AE on the demo was unnecessarily condescending toward me and I feel that comes from a product of their toxic work environment? Who knows!

Question 1
Present a mock demo of ServiceTitan while the sales managers play the role of potential customer
The interview process was quick and easy! Everyone is very nice and friendly and easy to talk to. The questions were what you would expect to be asked. I look forward to joining the team.
