Question 1
What are some of your current responsibilities as a member of the NOC team?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ServiceTitan in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview consists of recruiter phone screen, a hiring manager phone interview, a case study presentation to 2-3 members of the hiring team, video interviews with four members of the group, and a final round. The recruiter was very proactive and responsive throughout the process, and everyone I virtually met during the interview was polite.
On the negative side, they took weeks to get back on the result of the last two rounds and added an additional round of interview last minute. Neutrally speaking, the process is overkill, and because you already invested a lot of time in their process, you have to keep going! Besides interview prep, the casework also takes a substantial amount of time. Good luck finding candidates after COVID-19 that you can reject after interviewing for weeks!
