After an initial screening with their in-house recruiter, I met in person with their Head of Sales and CEO. I met with each individually and was very impressed by their thorough examination of my sales processes and attainment history. There was definite attention to detail where my previous revenue production was concerned, as well scrutiny of my understanding of the verticals they sold into. Their Head of Sales was very sharp, very focused and took extensive notes on my answers; he referred back to them with request for additional detail. The CEO was warm, value-oriented, and passionate about what they do as a Company and the quality of the platform delivered to the clients. While they were somewhat intimidating in their intellect, it was offset by how personable they were. Both took more time with me than they had planned, and I was grateful for their willingness and transparency in answering my questions about their business size, client base, etc.
