Slack Customer Success Manager interview questions

I had a call with the recruiter which followed by a call with the HM, both of which were casual conversations. I was then told that I was through to the final round. I then received a call telling me that there was a mistake and I had two more rounds to go and then finally, I received another call saying that I actually was in the final round and the third round was cancelled. There was a lapse in communication a few times and the Recruiter seemed quite disorganised. I was essentially told that the job was mine and nobody else was in the running so it was pretty disappointing when I was told that I wasn’t the successful candidate. The final round was eventually set up which was an hour long presentation with three Customer Success Managers followed by a round of questions. I got a rejection letter three days later. When the Recruiter rang me to talk through my feedback, he told me he would be in touch the following week about other managerial roles and that they still saw me working in Slack “very soon”. I haven’t heard from them since. It was disappointing.
