Such a great efficient process even through the Christmas holidays. Alan was fantastic and kept me informed along the way. An extremely enjoyable process over all. The process itself gives you an opportunity to reflect on your career and what you have learnt over the years which is not something I experienced in such dept in other interview processes.

The process began with a recruiter screen, then moved onto a Manager 1:1 phone screen. After that, I conducted a chronological interview and the final round was a presentation. Slack's interview process is thorough and you should be prepared to talk about your work experience in great detail. I was very impressed with the recruiting process; they were quick to provide feedback and move me on to the next stage. The recruiter Mike was part recruiter/part guide, letting me know how I could improve through each round.
