It was a long process with several interviews. I think I went through about 6 different interviews. It wasn't too bad but we didn't get to discussing compensation until the very last interview although I brought it up several times.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slack (Denver, CO) in Nov 2021
Interview
About a month after applying through LinkedIn I received an email from a recruiter, requesting I write up some replies to a few customer/work experience questions. After that step I moved onto scheduling a 30 minute phone interview. The recruiter asked my availability for the next two days (not much advance notice). They had very limited availability themselves and didn't respond to my email until the dates they asked about had already passed by with no response. About 2 weeks later we got the call scheduled and the recruiter did not even call me. The whole experience was very unprofessional and not respectful of my time at all.

"Tell me about the most complex issue you have worked through with a customer."

Interview
My time was totally disrespected.
first there was a screen with a tech sourcer who became very resistant to sending the take home test after finding out I have other interviews scheduled.
After I followed up a week later they assigned me to a coordinator who sent me a backend take home test for a front end role.
After pointing this out it took another week for them to send the correct test. They gave me an extra day to ”make up” for their mistakes.
I completed the test right away. They said to allow four days and it has been more than two weeks, they completely ghosted me
