Slack interview questions

Initial call with recruiter. Her questions were generic on program management and followup questions on my experience; shared about slack culture, team structure and hiring process. The second round was with Hiring Manager - who was very friendly and cordial. I shared few examples of my program management skills; situational/behavioral questions; metrics The third round was a take home exercise on program management. Unfortunately, I did not make it past third round. Overall great experience talking to the team. The positive culture of slack reflected in the employee’s mindset when they spoke to me. Good luck to the team.

Very straight forward, and process moved really fast as they tried to fill the role quickly. Really enjoyed meeting the team as they seemed to have a great dynamic and would’ve definitely enjoyed working with them due to their knowledge in the field. Even thought I didn’t get an offer, I’m still glad that I got considered for the position and got to have a conversation with each member of the team and manager. Would love to interview again for a future role at Slack.
