Interview
The interview process was well organised, I was always informed on next steps in a timely manner and I had a good understanding of who would be interviewing me each time. Overall it was a seamless experience!

Interview
Multiple phone screens. After applying for Data Science Manager initially, I ended up being asked to interview for DS position. They were vague on the reasons for this. Take home exam was straightforward, albeit open-ended and one could easily spend more than the 3 hours suggested. Onsite was inconsistent. Technical coding questions were good and interviewer was very helpful and made you feel comfortable. Case study interview was a mess, with the interviewer giving poor guidance on what they were asking for and I had difficulty understanding her. Unfortunately , that was the interview they said I didn't do well on, but others went smoothly. Overall, the impression of the office was very nice and that this is an uber sexy company to work at right now (also helps they're IPOing soon). Despite this, I was not especially impressed by the people I met there or the tech stack that was described.
