Slack Software Engineer interview questions

An interview was setup with a hiring manager after they contacted me on LinkedIn. The interview was decent, asked questions about my resume ,work experience. And a system design question. They don’t seem serious about hiring. They ghosted me after the interview. No communication not even a standard reject email. For a company that looks for empathy, I found the disregard for a candidate’s time both unprofessional and lacking in empathy.
