Interview
Recruiter interview followed by a hiring manager interview, then a multi-hour session with 6 people, followed by a couple more. This is over 2 months span.
One of the most drawn out processes I've had with a company. The recruiter would not reply for weeks and used excuses that didn't align. I've never had a company make me go through 10+ interviews and decide to not extend an offer - utterly disrespectful of my time and a major reflection on the way the company is run.

Interview
First step was sending resume and cover letter through their website page. Second they contacted me by email in order to schedule a time for a phone call. Third, was an phone call with a recruiter.

Question 1
What would you change on our product in order to attract more people?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Snap
Interview
I had a mostly positive experience during the interview process, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and easy to talk to. The process did take a while, I went through three rounds of interviews and the total process took about 6 weeks. It felt like everyone was very busy, and things had to be rescheduled a few times. Sometimes it took a while for them to put something on the books.
I made it to the final round of interviews (a panel, which was originally supposed to be 4 but was adjusted to 2), and I felt great about how things had gone. Was confident that I would get an offer, as I was a great culture fit and more than qualified for the role. I checked in with the recruiter a week after my final interviews, and received a pretty generic, copy-paste response that they were moving forward with another candidate. The email even repeated itself. I encouraged feedback since I had thought things had gone very well, but never heard back.
It was very discouraging to have spent so much time and energy interviewing for a job I was very excited about and make it to the final rounds, only to be given a generic rejection email with no feedback. I don't think companies should treat good candidates who make it to the final round like that, especially when those candidates were personally referred by internal employees. And even more so during a pandemic. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I still think Snap is a great company and the people were lovely, and am still interested in working here, but they need to work on their recruiting etiquette.
