I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Snap in May 2019
Interview
Started with a video call phone screen, two technical questions.
Then flew to HQ in LA to do 5 on site interviews (including one lunch interview), one technical one, and 3 design/dev-ops/cryptography interviews.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Snap (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Connected with recruiter and the process was quick. They were nice but I did not get an offer. Study algo and data structures and make sure to think of edge cases.

I applied online. I interviewed at Snap in Oct 2020
Interview
I was contacted by Recruiter. She offered me to have a call and we agreed to talk next week. She didn't call me and even didn't let me know about the cancelation.
I sent her an email - no response. I was waiting for 3 days and finally - she answered me and we rescheduled our call again.
She called me, we talked for 10 minutes and she said that she would transfer my CV to the Hiring Manager and she would let me know about the next stage.
I was waiting for 1 week - no response. I sent several messages and FINALLY received a response - you have not been selected.
Okay, why I haven't been chosen? Why the recruiter has not informed me? It seems like no one cares about their candidates.
Snap, you are not Google!
