I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Snap (Venice, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
It was a very basic interview: they asked what I liked most about Snapchat, why I wanted to work there, what I could contribute, and where I thought the company would be in the next 5 years. Aside from that, I was also asked to "create" a new story based on submitted snaps for a particular campus. It was all fairly straight forward and they never asked any questions that threw me for a loop.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Snap in May 2015
Interview
After I submitted an application online through Snapchat's website, I was asked to do the Snap Story Challenge a week later. A week after that, I did a phone interview with a current Content Analyst. The interview was very brief; it probably lasted 15 minutes long. The Content Analyst with whom I spoke had only worked at Snapchat for a few months.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Snap (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2015
Interview
I applied online and got a Hacker Rank test. It was easy one (Sudoku verify). Then had a google hangout interview. First of all the interviewer was speaking "English" properly. I could not understand half of the things. Asked me print a 2D array diagonally. I was able to complete the given solution. Then got a mail saying I was rejected. Interviewer was interrupting regularly very bad manners.
