I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Snap in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process took 11 weeks. Granted that this took place over the holidays between early November and late January. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager, and finally video interviews with three members of the team, including the Director of Risk Operations. These interviews were 30 minutes each and were enjoyable, delving into my background and asking some general questions about how I would handle certain hypothetical scenarios related to the position.

Interview
A recruiter reached out and scheduled a call. It was casual. I was asked about my background and what I wanted out of the role and he told me about the company and culture. I was then asked to interview with the head of the 3D department, but it ultimately didn't work out due to some lacking requirements and inability to relocate.

Interview
It wasn’t difficult. Standard questions. It took a couple of weeks to get through. I was interviewed through series of people in different departments. Seems like there are lot of interviewees
