Interview
It's a HR interview and It was so friendly and really helpful for continuing my process for next technical and coding interview with manger engineer for an hour about machine learning
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Snap
Interview
HR --> HM Call --> On-site
I was contacted by a recruiter and I wasn't actively looking for a job. Shared my portfolio with the HM and did the full on-site for a day.
Before on-site I also contacted recruiter to make sure the interview is still going due to recent Snap slow hiring news. they told me everything is still going fine.
On-site contains presentation, app critique, whiteboarding and stakeholder interview.
The experience was great and everyone was friendly. The very next business day the recruiter told me that the company decided to shift their priorities and not to hire for my role.
Why waste everyone's time? Time is valuable for interviewers and interviewees. Should just pause hiring earlier.
