1. Prerecorded interview. They just want to see how well you speak English. 2. Interview with an HR. She goes over everything from compensation to technical requirements. 3. Meet with Project manager. They are the one you need to impress. I am a native English speaker, so I was hired immediately. Apply, the company seems laid back.

they send a questionary video recording website. Gave you 12 questions and you have to record a answer video that 5 minutes long for each question. it was quite difficult to talk about a random question for 5 minutes.

One way interview, a test and then a real interview, and you're done! People are very pleasant so it makes it much easier. The one way interview is a bit awkward, since you're alone talking to a camera, but they're human and they know that you're nervous so they won't reject you for that
