Honestly, the best-interviewing experience I have ever had. HR Manager was super friendly and positive. Literally sent me the Google Map with the screenshots to find the place, and called me prior to the interview to make sure I didn't get lost =) After a tasty coffee, I was offered a tour around the office which I'd say a piece of art with a bunch of paintings. Very cozy atmosphere, you can see guys walking with the smile on their face which is a nice impression. Two stages of the interview went really very smooth. I was a bit nervous to be invited to the 2nd ( final) stage of the interview but in one day I got the invite. The final interview with Victoria was suuuper friendly. We talked a bunch about my hobbies (!) and the company itself which was super fun and left me with the actual feeling that I do belong.

The interview was quite long, almost an hour. 2 stages - with HR and COO, included short test assignment in writing and personality test. Basic questions, to tell about myself, works experience, etc. Everything was quite informal, the HR offered coffee/tea, no formal desks, she sitting on a bean bag couch on the lower level in front of you so you won't feel any pressure. Everything is friendly and I'm completely satisfied with the interview process.
