Interview
Interview process of this company is a mess.
I applied for another position first, that was still advertised on several websites. I reached out to the company to verify if the position is indeed still vacant. Position was filled and I got offered another position to apply for.
After filling out some basic info online, I got send a video interview link. Interview was automatised and had a dealine, you get asked several random questions and have to answer them in 30 secs each while recorded. No second takes.
I bet you good money that the only video anybody looks at after is the last one, where they ask you about your salary expectations(Aim as low as possible, they want bilingual technically skilled people, but only pay a slave salary).
Some days later I got a copy-paste email stating that the don't have a project to match my profile? So why did they send me the job posting for this position? Spent 1,5 hours for application in total and in return received 3 copy-paste emails from HR. Unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SupportYourApp in Apr 2022
Interview
An applicant is required to take the interview through video - to put it simply, you're supposed answer a few simple interview questions (desired salary, time available for work). In my case in two languages designated in the role description. The feedback followed a week after and was all polite, even though it was a 'no'.
