Tech Mahindra interview questions

Started with basic introduction about myself. There were just python and fastAPI coding questions asked. 3 for python, 1 for fastAPI. I was able to code out and give correct output for all of them. Despite this, I wasn't selected. They didn't even had the courtesy to give me an update about the same. I had to contact HR multiple times to know the result. No reason, no explanation was given for the rejection. Really reflects the sad state of IT sector in India.

The interview process evaluates problem-solving, system design, coding skills, AI/agentic understanding, architectural thinking, communication, and real-world application through technical, behavioral, and scenario-based discussions. I have very good experience with it
