The technical round assessed my knowledge of automation testing, Java, Selenium, framework design, API testing, and real-time project scenarios. The HR round focused on my communication skills, work experience, career goals, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the organization.
Started with basic introduction about myself. There were just python and fastAPI coding questions asked. 3 for python, 1 for fastAPI. I was able to code out and give correct output for all of them.
Despite this, I wasn't selected. They didn't even had the courtesy to give me an update about the same. I had to contact HR multiple times to know the result. No reason, no explanation was given for the rejection. Really reflects the sad state of IT sector in India.
