Phone interview with managers followed by in-person interview with managers. Afterwards an interview with the director and then another interview with the VP on the department

Not very difficult. Mostly questions regarding my experience and was not asked any behavioral questions.
It was my first interview. I was really nervous but went in their trying it be as confident as I can. Got there 10 min early and right away the manger asked for me. We talked for a bit then the interview questions came. I didn't know how to answer it I went completely blank and I became really nervous. He kept asking me are you nervous are you nervous like every min. Which made me feel nervous. Finally he just told me I was good for the job but I didn't have the talking skills.

answered general but mostly non-tehcnical questions via phone
interviewed with a few people in person, only one person asked much in the way about skills or experiences that could apply.
As a whole the company could use training in interviewing.
Including basic strategies to avoid asking questions that are easily answered falsely.
For example asking to describe experiences with using a skill and than asking to describe how much they used that skill. Anything to try force the interviewee to describe real situations rather than being able to quote ideals.
