Interview
Interviewers provided a lot of helpful information and asked thoughtful questions. No curveballs and were genuinely interested in my background. It felt conversational and made me excited to be part of the team.

Question 1
Why are you interested in this role? Will it work with your full-time job?
A series of interviews both in the department and across disciplines. A follow-up meeting with the Dean. It was pretty pleasant and straightforward. Since my position included outreach to the community, met with some community leaders as well.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Johns Hopkins University (Buffalo, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
I interviewed with 6 different team members in three different zoom calls. Everyone was very nice and polite and said great things about the work environment and culture. Since this is a position that many people are only in for 2-6 years before moving on to graduate school the environment is conducive to that.
