UNDP Intern interview questions

Skype interview with 3 persons. They asked several questions and sent email for the decision. They questions were not hard, including education background, why UNDP, own opinions on UNDP etc.

The entire interview process was very streamlined. I applied online and was contacted for an interview about 2 weeks later. I interviewed on Skype. I had my webcam on and they did not have theirs on, so this was a bit awkward. The entire interview was competency based and they asked many questions testing my knowledge of international development. They also asked about my general background and interest in international development.
