The first interview was focused on competencies, and two people were part of the panel: a senior and an analyst. First they asked about my alignment with the position and then asked for cases where I showed I have/developed the competences posted in the job description.

They never got back to me after the interview. Even though they said they would. Overall, the interview was "normal", with skills-related questions, and situational questions as well. I did not find it difficult, but very on-point for the position
