Question 1
A technical question was asked about how inclusively collaborate with stakeholders
Interview consists of online written test and panel interview. The hiring manager pre-selected internal candidate and clarify preference of re-hiring them. Prepared question and guided them, made sure other interviewee feels discomfort and demotivated. Despite bad written test, chosen them and in interview board showed extreme biasness. The external candidate feels awkward and panel also reported that incident. Interview has been re-organized and offer has been sent to external candidate. But due to politics, the external refused the offer.

It is a compentency based questions. Usually 5 questions and you have to be prepared with the relevant scenarios according to the questions. The interview was done face to face at their office but there are circumstances where online interview will be conducted
