Interview
Received email that I'd been invited to participate in the Written/Technical assessment, that was a timed (1.5hrs) assessment consisting of two questions: one asked me to explain the key steps I'd take to make a meeting between UNDP Management & key government stakeholders successful. The second question asked me to highlight some of the key information that UNDP management would need to participate in the meeting.

Interview
phone screen with operations team lead then managers. Overall easy interview. Did ask a lot of Behavorial questions. Be prepared to quickly give examples of your past experience during interviews.
I applied online. I interviewed at UNDP (Nairobi) in Feb 2020
Interview
Biased interview. I was kept waiting for 2 hours with candidates who seemed connected to some staff as they kept moving in and out of offices to exchange pleasantries. Was quite embarrassing witnessing staff give them best wishes. Eventually, I was invited to the interview room, sat down then asked to give room to another candidate. The environment was generally unfriendly. Waiting area was in a sunny area at the door where we had to acknowledge anyone getting in. Not even a glass of water was available in spite of the hot weather.
