It was good and detailed. It was a technical test. For the test, you will need a computer with internet connection, Excel and if you would like, a data visualization tool of your choice.

It was a casual in-person interview. We sat down and chatted for about 10-15 minutes. This really depends on individual team and their own preferences. I only met two of the three project officers.
Long and cumbersome it took me a year to interview after applying. Then it took another 3 months to get the results of the first interview. Then they ask for your references and then you do not hear from them again. They were not very transparent with the selection
