Unfortunate use of Zoom around the globe. Too many parties involved in a Zoom call where camera did not work and sound prolblems consistent throughout the process. Too much reliance on asking questions that internal candidates would have easy knowledge of and external candidates might find difficult to ascertain. One-sided and biased interview
