UNDP Product Manager interview questions

The interview was via Teams Microsoft, there were arounв ten questions in different categories, and in varying levels of hardness. Prior experience should have been in office/business administration, finance/accounting, customer service, record keeping, compliance, clerical duties, etc. But during the interview was not only that. A couple of questions were about how to deal with stressful situations step by step. But when you don't know the exact situation - how can you describe your steps?
