UNDP Project Associate interview questions

Generally, there are two rounds of interviews. A written test consisting 5 to 10 descriptive questions. The candidate will take the written test in the system. Sometimes you might be asked to prepare and present a power-point presentation. This is followed by a technical interview and panel interview.

In general, it's a competency based interview. The questions are mostly related to the competences in different stages of a project cycle and, require answers by taking concrete examples from the past experience. The panel consisted of five members: a panel chair, three interviewers and a panel secretary.
